Small cozy cottage style home. Small efficiency kitchen,roomy bathroom with large shower. Nice at home bedroom with comfortable bed and linens. The living room has a TV with DVD player in it. Couch with hideabed, as well as other ammenities for your comfort. Rose Haven Cottage is set up as though we were going to live there, and we want it to be as though you are a guest in our home.
We have WIFI internet for your convenience.
We want to encourage you to visit our beautiful area and then come Home to Rose Haven Cottage.

Charming cottage in a centrally located area of Montrose. Easy walk to downtown for restaurants and shopping as well as a quick drive to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The cottage was clean and nice. We did a lot of outdoor activities around the area, at the end of the day we would return to the cottage to relax.

Rose Haven offers a small, but fully-equipped place to stay, which offers the travelers a complete-home experience compared to a hotel room. Cissy and Wes, the onsite hosts, were welcoming and helpful.

Great little getaway.
This was the second time we have stayed at Rose Haven, which should speak for itself. Such a cute little cottage with everything we needed. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The two small wall heaters kept us cozy when the temperature outside cooled.

Great jump off location
While we were out and about most of the time (Ouray, Million Dollar Highway/San Juan Skyway/Grand Mesa, will of which are readily accessible from this location) the time we did spend here was enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood, and a very nice, cozy back patio where we spent most of our mornings.

Great rental !
Everything was great. Location is good for day trips to Ouray, National Park, Million Dollar Highway and more. Montrose seems to be a very nice place. Cottage was very comfy and perfect for us. And make sure to say hi to Cissy and her family if you can, they were very nice.

Rose Haven Cottage getaway
Cute little cottage on a quiet street. Great location; close to grocery store and downtown Montrose. Everything you need for a short or extended stay is there. We were there in July and even with no AC the house stayed remarkably cool during the day if we closed it up before leaving. Great place to stay while enjoying all the area has to offer!

Cute cozy cottage!
This stay worked well for my partner and i for a quick trip to Montrose for a wedding. The house was clean and tidy and very cozy. The only critique i have is to list the current wifi Name and the password, it was a bit of a guessing game to figure out which network to connect to!

Funky exterior…looks untouched for 70 years but interior totally remodeled. All appliances, kitchen cabinets bathroom all new. Hot tub looked nice but it rained every afternoon so we didn’t use it. Very well equipped kitchen except glassware was sparse…no wine glasses! Entry keypad was hard to use as it didn’t light up. I recommend new lock.

Charming little cottage.
This sweet little cottage in montrose is just what is advertised. Very comfortable for two people with great access to black canyon of the gunnison and to telluride. Very friendly owners right next door in case you need anything. Loved the fresh roses on the table!

Cozy and convenient, for walking around town, and quiet.
From the very beginning we felt at home in this darling cottage. Glass french doors into the bedroom was a charming touch. Tiny but complete kitchen, easy to work in. Good shower in the bathroom was appreciated.
