"Très belle surprise à 10 mn à peine de Stresa en voiture...comme un gîte de montagne, douillet et raffinée, un accueil particulièrement chaleureux, des chambres assez spacieuses et d une propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner buffet copieux proposant aussi des produits regionaux, le parking au pied du gîte...vous l aurez compris, un vrai coup de coeur que nous vous conseillons vivement. "We had such a lovely stay in the serene hillside house. Stefania was a lovely host (she lives in the house next door) who was very communicative. The large gardens and outdoor shower were magical. The drive up the lane is steep and narrow but you get used to it. Perfect place if you’re looking to get away from the hustle bustle and relax"

"wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte."

"The place was presented as a hotel and conference centre. The rooms are small, we had to ask for them to change towels and sheets, the breakfast buffet was pretty terrible, and no one mentioned the place is also an old people's home as well. "

"B&B lost our pre-paid booking and double booked our room. We were left with no place to stay. Owner was rude and unhelpful in providing us with or helping us find a reasonable alternative arrangement. We ended up having to stay somewhere else with significantly higher cost."

"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking spots in general, let alone for vacationers. The place itself is extremely difficult to find and an explanation is not given. The owner(s) are not able to explain, so you have to ask locals (who...

"Outstanding and spectacular hotel. Very convenient to airport but otherwise not much in the vicinity in terms of food options or sightseeing etc. Interesting area to walk around a bit. Fantastic place to stay on your last night before an early morning flight."
