Rooms are nice, bathroom is a kind of wet room so we where afraid to splash water everywhere, but walls looked coated in water tight layer. Breakfast was tasty with all kind off local produce. Not the biggest selection, but more than enough for a good filling breakfast. Only remark would be that due to off season nobody was on the property. "Nous avons passé un court séjour (1 nuit) avec 3 grands ado avant d'aller passee une journee au Zoo de Beauval. La chambre pour 5 personnes est spacieuse, les lits confortables. L'accueil et la disponibilte de Chantal sont un atout remarquable à cette belle maison située dans une très belle campagne (dont nous n'avons pas pu profité par manque de temps). "A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."
