It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. There are great walks and we really appreciated riding around on the bikes that we were provided with. There was plenty to do for five days. "We had a wonderful holiday in Denée. Gite is down a country lane, away from things. Met by the owners who had limited English but were absolutely lovely. Gite is a great size and for the first time in any property we had plenty of crockery/glassware/cutlery! Garden is lovely with undercover eating area and barbecue. All very relaxing. Short drive to lots of chateaux, wine tastings and river beaches. Kayaking down the Loire was a particular favourite trip. Would recommend this gite...

"Gite agréable et propre. Il est annoncé pour 10 personnes mais les équipements ( vaisselle ..) ne sont pas adaptés; Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Un lave-vaisselle et un frigo plus grand auraient été appréciés. C'est dommage, nous avons eu un week-end ensoleillé et nous n'avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs : pas d'ombre et pas de parasol."

"You will immediately feel at home after the warm welcoming of the owners! Although the they live on the same property, they stay very discrete. They provided useful information regarding the neighbourhood (restaurants, bakery, activities…) and really wanted us to have a nice stay. The house itself is nicely decorated and contains everything you need to enjoy the holidays (fyi: a tv is not present, but you have good WiFi connection). You can enjoy the stunning view on the Loire from the backyard...
