I reserved a hotel room back in January. When I got to the hotel to check in, they told me that they don’t have my reservation. I showed them on my Expedia app that I have this reservation and they should have my room, but they over booked rooms and would refuse to accommodate us for our reservation. It was completely unprofessional, and although, they claimed to help us by calling Expedia. Nothing was given to us. I had to then re-pay for another room for the night because we had travelled by train for eight hours. Never ever ever staying here ever again. Worst customer service experience ever. They oversold the rooms during the Formula One weekend and expected customers to figure out themselves .

Je n'ai pas séjourné à cet hôtel puisqu'ils n'avaient pas ma réservation de hôtels.com. Je n'effectuerai plus jamais de réservation avec cette plateforme. Aucune fiabilité, on a dû revenir coucher à la maison alors que cette réservation avait été confirmé 3 mois à l'avance. Quelle déception !
