Welcome to the half basement Apt of my independent duplex, it was renovated Recently and with private parking,private entrance, a cozy queen size bed. It has plenty of sunshine, it's very quiet. A couple is upstairs , they are often away from home, making it even more peaceful. You can share patio and backyard with them
Located just two minutes from highway 20, around 10 minutes to Trudeau Airport
Downtown is also just a 20 minute , while the Children's Hospital is only 17 minutes away
