This hotel is exactly what I was promised - a room with a bed and a shower, friendly staff, close to everything. Thermostat worked, blackout curtains too, getting in and out was easy, everything was perfect no complaints. Yes it’s noisy (it’s in a great location in a bar district) and a bit bare bones - but that’s all I wanted. I’m super happy and will stay again if I’m in Montreal!

Where to begin... so many broken, missing, or not functioning items in this room. Air conditioning is a portable unit that was blowing hot air back into the room. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Biker gang convenes across the road every night. Its noisy outside, but if you close your window, youll cook inside. Great place for young backpackers with low expectations.

The sheets were dirty, the closet we had in our room was completely broken, the water was dirty, heard our neighbours tv’s it was very loud kept us up late, the sheets also felt very itchy, felt like there was bed bugs

old building in montreal got converted to a hotel. walls are peeling off, elevator only goes to the 5th floor needed to walk to the 6th, thankfully i can but others may not be able too. its clean small and just enough for sleep nothing more. no desk or chair had to keep everything on the bed or on the floor.

The hotel is well placed in a centric area, I gone to a concert in MTelus and the property is next which is great. However the room wasn’t very clean, the TV control didn’t work and when I arrived before the show I saw a little mouse around. That was not a good experience. The staff was very good.

So close in everything , just a walking distance to most of the attractions. What I didn’t like is to many homeless hanging around the nearest parking and some goes inside that make us feel unsafe.

The from was clean and staff helpful and friendly but the music from the street was very loud until the early hours of the morning and the outside of the hotel was very run down with people sitting outside on the step at all times making it hard to get in and out. Convenient location but much more of a youth hostel than a boutique hotel and not suitable for people wanting to sleep at nighy

Awesome staff to relocate us for the accessible room for disable bec the expedia give us the 6th floor and need to climb up the stairs the staff fix it . What is poor is the aircondition its not cold, if its summer is not enough good thing the weather starting to chill but still need the a/c. Sleep undress fyi. But anyway thank you for the quick action that night to change our room. Appreciate. Thank you to Ms black beautiful lady. Sorry i didnt know her name forgot to ask. I beg your pardon.
