Great location, yet a lot of traffic noise on the third floor. It was a busy place, and the breakfast, parking, check-in was still smooth, at peak times. Thank you!

This is a wonderful good hotel. They upgraded my room on their own to a one bedroom suite, which was a huge and I loved it. I didn’t pay more for it. It is in the middle of old Montreal and very close (walkable) to touristic areas. The parking is very expensive and is not included in the price, had to pay close to $40 per night. It is mid-level hotel, in good and clean condition.

It was close to chinatown and fireworks at old port. But when we got there they right away no parking. If that was explained i wouldnt have stayed. Rooms were dark and gloomy rooms werent equipped with nothing it was a empty kitchener.

Disappointed to say that the experience was not as we expected it to be. The room was spacious but the carpet was extremely dirty. The room was not as per the pictures presented in the app. The kitchenette was completely empty and on request for utensils, only disposable plates and cutlery were provided. The housekeeping service was not good as well. Always had to chase around for extra blanket and towels as we were 4 persons in the room and everything was provided for just 2 persons. There was no coffee or tea whatsoever from the 2nd day onwards. The breakfast was ok but limited and the dining room was too small to accommodate all guests during a holiday season. Lastly, the front desk was not willing to cooperate as we requested 30 mins late checkout as we had a unwell person with us and we wished to allow her to rest a bit instead to waiting at the train station. The front desk lady bluntly said she can’t help. Overall it’s a pretty below average experience and I would not recommend the hotel if you are planning for a family vacation. There are other hotels around this area at similar prices which might be bet to r to give a try.

Excellent location and guest service. Convenient parking and an acceptable, good breakfast. The only problem was that the A/C and Heating system were too noisy and turned on 24/7.

The room carpet was noticeably dirty, and there were issues with the washroom flushing system. While the kitchen area is spacious, it lacks a stove, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the sofa bed had no bed cover or blanket. When we contacted the front desk to request a set, we were told to go downstairs to pick it up ourselves. Furthermore, only one elevator provides access to the underground parking, which can be inconvenient. Overall, while the location is convenient, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired.
