Let me start by saying I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I will be honest and fair here. Its very disappointing, I will pay more next time to get a better place. There was a lot of problems, and i wouldn’t consider it a hotel. Firstly, my room was in the basement, beside the garbage room that is filled with flies. Super gross! I cant believe they put rooms down there! I immediately messaged the property to see if I could get a room on a different floor or one without flies in it. They responded the next day saying it was fully booked so I couldn't move. The property is not sound proof at all, so you can hear every single person around you, including people outside. There is construction right outside the window, super loud in the morning and impossible to sleep through even with ear plugs. The tv did not work. The bathroom lights flickered. The mattress is just a chunk of foam. There is noone working there, and feels unsafe. Dirty comforter, walls, hair in bed, no coffee or tea, I could go on and on… I would definitely not trust to leave anything expensive in the room, and felt unsafe as a solo female traveller. A few good things about the place was the location, the easy check in, good pillows, towels and sufficient toilet paper/toiletries. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. All in all if you are on a really tight budget and plan to spend very little time in the room, its fine for the price, but i wouldn't stay there again.

Checked in, room unclean. Called customer care to have room cleaned, they sent cleaning lady next day while we were out. When we came back, my expensive branded jacket, a bag of food and 2 pairs of contact lenses have been stolen. Management is uncooperative and cannot provide details of the manager or the cleanin personnel or the Video surveillance and keep telling us they are looking into it. They are not willing to provide that to the police either when we filed a complaint. We are still waiting to hear back from management to find and return our stuff or compensate us for the losses. Horrible experience from a safety and security perspective. The staff is unable to understand the urgency and left me no choice but to file a criminal police complaint and if unable to compensate me back I may have to take legal action.

A really great bang for your buck - right in the heart of the city within walking distance of the old quarter. With the negative reviews I was worried, but for the price you really can't complain and I'm glad I took the chance. Surprisingly spacious and quiet in the deluxe room, and the kitchenette was a god send. Plus the in-room temperature control came with a remote so you could adjust the temperature settings while cozy in bed. The property responded immediately to my questions, as well. Definitely staying here again next time we're in the city! :)

The link to access the check in codes was broken so there wasn’t a way to get the codes. Fixed it myself by editing the link. Place was dingy but okay. Many visible scuffs and water damage on the walls. Bathroom sink had drainage issues. But the bed and surfaces were clean. Area is conveniently located if a little sketchy. The price is a good value if you don’t plan on staying in the room much. An okay place to stay if you plan on being out often.

The unit is way too small to be called or setup as classic studio. On the surface, it looks good with good lighting. But there was spider and a big insect/bug that had to be taken care of. The induction stove provided did not come with set of pots and pans that works with induction nor any cooking utensils. It should suffice with just the nice microwave. The owner can do much better set up for the small space with some well placed hooks and shelvings (including for the shower stall ). If the unit is setup and rent as a room with private bath, microwave kichenette then the expectation is better managed.

It was a clean place - just as u saw in the pics. Was easy to get to - centrally located. The only thing was they have no usb ports. In today’s day and age not having that is criminal. And some of the play points were loose so didn’t work well. Normally one would expect to go down n talk to the reception n get a plug but here there is no one to talk to. Other than that clean bed and a clean bathroom. You get what you pay for

Been here 3 times simple clean accommodations. Some rooms have a full washroom some are shared in the hallway with other rooms so pay attention what you’re booking. Overall very happy

Great location and very cute; had not received parking lot location ahead of time which complicated our arrival. Air conditioner was constantly dripping onto the floor so we put towels down. One improvement would be an additional mirror somewhere and perhaps a dressing table or shelving/armoire of some sort (there is nowhere to place your belongings or clothes.

I found a bed bug, food residue on the floor, the sheets and walls were not clean. I could hear people talking on the street, I could see rats from my window. The shower was very small and the glass door hit the sink every time I opened it. It's just an accident waiting to happen. I asked for a room change because I couldn't sleep at night because of the noise, but in vain.

The property is well located to the gay village. Communication before and after was good. Room was simple and clean. Iron was included. Roku service available. Entry stairs are in poor condition and you need to be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

Location, Location, Location !
First time at this hotel. Although I reserved a small single room, it was clean, tidy and quiet with a small kitchen and air conditioner. The location can’t be beat: 2 minutes to the subway & bus station, a few blocks to Le Plateau and The Village + a large parking garage directly across the street. I’ve had to walk blocks to house my car in the past…no more. I look forward to staying here again when I make it back to Montréal.

Our stove did not work. we tried to get in contact with them about it multiple times but no one came to fix our issue. They told us to replug and plug the device back in, and it still did not work. the place was nice tho, very accomadating and the ac is great. the workers are honestly very nice and try their best. its mainly the whole maintenance of devices that really ticked me off.
