"Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty. They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in. "

"Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station"

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). "We wanted a therme hotel where you can swim thru from inside to outside due to construction at hotel it was not possible. We only used it twice the entire week we stayed there. Would not recommend hotel while under construction."

"Lovely hotel, I'd stay here again. I enjoyed my stay. There is no minibar in the room and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Breakfast options are very limited. But if these things do not bother you then this is otherwise an excellent place to stay in. "

"Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. Otherwise it's well-situated, 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a huge supermarket. Will definitely come here again if given the chance."

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. "DON’T BOOK!!! The host cancelled the stay 2 hours before checkin after I had already landed in Vegas on the busiest weekend with all other hotels booked. I had to book another hotel & pay nearly quadruple what I would normally have paid. And then they refused to answer to refund the stay for days. $1300+."
