Disappointing pool
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was quite disappointing , the liner was molded and water wasn't heated much. Last water checking lasted for more than 3 weeks ago... SPA was a bit pricy. The A/C didn't work properly and many little things were broken in the bedroom.

Out of town , quite a bad position to the main attractions of sete . The hotel was quite tired and to honest felt like a kids play area in a pub . Parking is good .

This was a nice clean hotel even if it was showing it's age. It had everything we neede for a one night stop over but the rooms were so small it would not do us for a longer stay

uncomfortable stay....
The room was hot, air condition was not working; water temperature in the shower was not consistent, it went from hot to cold and vise versa; there were no cups for rinsing your mouth or for drinking; no tissues....we were giving two bath towels and a tub mat-no wash cloth nor hand towels.

This was stopover after travelling all day from dordogne. Great location for hyper and cheap fuel hotel going through major refurbishment but still okay.

This was a great hotel which is set away from the main town but close to the beach which has plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The staff were really helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel placement
The hotel is set off the main highway and off the first roundabout coming into town. Up a couple of hills the walking climb is not arduous. Breakfast is v good for 9 euro's and there is a swimming pool. We ate there once and the food (and the especially good half bottle of red wine) was fine.....probably a m/wave job but OK. You can walk into the town along a pleasant sea side path where there are some good restaurants selling moule et frite for 10 euro's.............room is typical IBIS ie you wouldn't want to spend any length of time actually in it unless you were just sleeping but it was clean and the shower especially good...we used it as a base to travel to Sete beach (good) and further afield...

lovely hotel
hotel was much better than its stars awarded. clean, spotless actually, well maintained, staff friendly and food fresh and ample for breakfast. 10 minute walk to main town, very scenic. rooms ample with very up to date shower room, couldn't fault hotel at all really, good value for money

Generally fine for the price of the hotel. Has most amenities you would expect from a 2*. The staff were friendly and helpful when around but often left waiting at the bar/reception with no-one around. Belaruc les Bains is quite far out from Sete itself, buses are infrequent and so we had to get the hotel to order us a number of taxis, which they did but they failed to mention there would be a charge for this each time. Taxi's to Sete are quite expensive and when catering for tourists who may not speak perfect French to be able to order a taxi I think an extra charge seems quite unreasonable. I have stayed at other Ibis hotels which I was very impressed with, and whilst the general amenities of this Ibis were good, it did let Ibis down in some ways.

Hôtel vétuste malgré une chambre rénovée. Rapport qualité prix moyen. Pas de bouilloire, chambre petite et chaude. Sdb trop petite. Le personnel est au top et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L'espace pour se garer est plutôt réduit. La piscine est sympa pour une courte pause. Hôtel passable pour une étape mais pas pour y séjourner plusieurs jours.

EXCELLENT
Séjour d'une nuit très agréable, la piscine et le hammam sont très bien. L'emplacement est très calme. Le personnel est compétent et attentionné. Seul bémol, la chambre est plutôt petite, un peu comme tous les Ibis ! A recommander
