"We had a great time in Stowe for a week. The main reason the trip was such a success, was this amazing home. Everything was as described in the listing and communication with the host was exceptional. Michelle at Stowe Country Cape, checked in and made sure all of our needs were being fulfilled. "Property exactly as described. Older house, but very clean - even the downstairs furnace room/laundry room. I was impressed by that! The layout was fun- very spacious, can sleep lots of people. It was a charming place to stay. We used it as our home base for the week while we visited Kennebunkport & Portland for a couple days. Location is perfect & quiet. Quick & easy to get to downtown Stowe."

"Took a ride up for a nice little retreat and for my wife’s bday, such a treat! Jeff even stopped by with some wine as a gift, since I had mentioned it when booking. The space is super cozy and functional, and the hot tub was great way to relax at the end of the day. The gas fireplace gets things nice and warm, too! It had been a while since I personally visited this area of Vermont, super beautiful and remote, but still not too long of a drive to several areas of interest. Looking forward to...
