"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."

"The host is very nice, as per our request she arranged pick up and drived us to airport when return flight. The fee is reasonable. It looks like Airbnb, share kitchen. The air-conditioner and hot water for shower all are very good. Walk to old town around 30 min, 200 step down the mountain, there are several delicious restaurants"

"We had an excellent stay at the Rooms Nina. We were very well received by the host, who was very kind and smiling. The room was very beautiful, cosy and clean. So was the bathroom. She gaves us a lot of places to hang out, and eat. We thank her very much for everything. The Old Town is a 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of things to do and see. It’s very beautiful. We certainly recommend this place and vacations in Dubrovnik ! "

"I was told when i went to the guest house that they are over booked and have two options to call your booking agent and cancel your stay or otherwise our booking agent will provide you stay somewhere else. Keep in mind it was happening after i went feom London to Dubrovnik. I tried calling hotel.com but no response, finally i asked their agent and thn they gave me a room which was 2km away. I had no option to go anywhere else finally i had to go to that room which was on the hill. Please dont...

"Guest House Cesic was clean, quiet and had a terrific view. Do not have your driver drop you off at stairs. Have him go to the street above the stairs. Much easier. Deka the house manager was terrific. She accommodated all of us with a smile. It was walking distance to bus stop to old town. So overall we had a great time here. "

"The owner (lady) is friendly and pleasant. The room was more than adequate but did not have a television and the WiFi was okay. The only complaint I have is the 75 meter walk up a hill to access the property. But is convenient to public transportation and restaurants and bars. For the value for my money it was well worth it."

"Clean spacious and quiet room. Towel was provided and bedsheets. Close to port and bus station serving other cites in Croatia and Dubrovnik including Direct Bus to Montenegro (3 times a day). Buses to Pile gate and old town. Local supermarket and mall, restaurants. Really good location. Clean bathroom and toilet. Ac was good and working well. "Excellent experience at Raguz! The owners are a very charming couple that did everything to make a very good stay. The room was nice and clean, great bathroom and air conditioner. The house is full of beautiful flowers. The apartment is 20min walking from the old town, but it was not a problem to us. We managed to walk, take local buses and uber. Also, there is an amazing beach nearby the house, called Belle Vue, you should definitely visit it."

"Amazing! A short walk from the bus station and a short bus ride into old town. The host (Ante) went above and beyond in welcoming us.
