"Charming, clean, comfortable, and peaceful cottage, with a host/hostess who have thought of everything! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, nice dishes and glasses, an oven and refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is a great place to hang out. The location set well back from the road made it possible for me to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the summertime sounds of crickets and cicadas. I can't think of a better place to stay in the Ithaca area with these...

"I will get right to the point. This property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and an amazing location. That being said your rental is attached to the live in property manager by a wall, and on top of a golf course club house. Every morning they ran lawn mowers outside our window waking my 6 month old baby. They would just have it idling which was bizarre to me. Constant noise and traffic from the golf course traffic was annoying . The property manager was the oddest of all. When we met...

"Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "

"We loved it all… and, especially the staff… everyone was cheerful and smiling… engaging… pleasant… always with a dash of appropriate humour… very helpful… and, incredibly attentive, intuitively so! The room was well appointed and clean. Loved walking around the campus! Enjoyed a fabulous football game! Dinner and brunch, was exceptional! We can’t wait for any or no reason to return! "
