"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. The location is great, not too far from CDG airport with all the amenities one looks for in Champagne: Boulangerie, Charcuterie and Champagne all within minutes on foot. "Very clean, nicely presented and Equipped apartment with comfortable beds and good bathroom and kitchen. Only downside is the the three floors to the suite and no elevator, which isn’t mentioned until after one has paid and unable to cancel. It was a painful descent with my arthritic knees."
