"I can't say enough about the Birdnest Inn. The pictures don't do it justice, it's even better in person. The Inn is beautifully decorated, our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Melinda has taken care of every detail. We had a wonderful wine and cheese happy hour with the other guests and breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay there again."

"Melinda, personally welcomed us to the Inn, and showed us her lovely home. As a former interior designer, her personal touches adorned the walls of all the house. Our room was just as described. Melinda had shared that the "king" room had already been reserved, so our cozy space had a smaller comfortable bed, just right for a couple. "We had such a great stay at Trotter's Cottage! My mom and I stayed for the Aiken's Makin' craft event and it was very conveniently located to downtown Aiken! The cottage was so clean and owner's were so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend if you're planning to stay in Aiken!"

"This is such a great property. I liked everything about it, but my favorite thing was the backyard. You can't really tell from the pictures, but it is absolutely huge and completely fenced with tall secure fences, providing total privacy. My dogs loved running around out there, and there is a really cute fire pit that's fun to sit around. they have stringed lights that automatically come on at night that are absolutely beautiful.
