"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

"I cannot put into words how good our time in Escala was. Graham was absolutely incredible as a host, and the house is impeccable. "Beautiful rural area with spectacular views and nature. The Gite was gorgeous, clean and well equipped with spacious rooms, comfy beds and a lovely swimming pool with an incredible view. Our hosts, Didier and Elizabeth were very welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers. It is the ideal place to relax and take time out for a well needed break in the middle of nature, with the Pyrenees providing a stunning backdrop.
