"Our host Elisabeth was most gracious as we arrived in the dark of night and she could not have made our accomodations more warm and welcoming. This home is a gem, and having this as a home base in Normandy was a wonderful experience. I can imagine that stayingwould make i a 6-star+"

"Superbe maison, très bon accueil et prestations de qualités. Avec un très beau temps au RDV nous avons pu profiter pleinement des espaces extérieurs et de la piscine, un jardin très bien entretenu et très agréable."

"Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire à l'hôtel Aladin, très aimable et arrangeant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propre, dans un cadre de nature verdoyant du Vexin. Aucun bruit la nuit, nous avons très bien dormi. Douche agréable, l'eau chaude est arrivé très rapidement. Un tout petit bémol concernant quelques accessoires manquant dans les chambres, du à la fin d'amménagement de l'hotel : miroir en pied sur porte chambre, tringle pour suspendre vêtements dans armoire, et...

"We had a lovely time, and thoroughly enjoyed the town of Vernon. The hostess, Cristine, was very responsive. Highly recommended."

"Property was as described in a quiet location. Communication with the host was excellent and very helpful. Ideal for what we needed, short drive to Pontoise train station which provided a frequent service to Paris centre - about 50 mins.on the train. Thanks to Florian and Farid for hosting us."

"The property was perfect for our needs, 3 generations of family wanting a quiet break in really beautiful countryside. The excellent house facilities and outside garden, pool & seating areas provided that. The countryside around is beautiful, set on the edge of a small pretty village. Unfortunately the only shop was closed for refurbishment so it was a 20min drive to do the croissant run in the morning,"

"Highly recommend the house, beautiful home and grounds with lots of different spaces to relax in. We had a lovely time dining outside and gathering around the firepit. Anne-Florence was very helpful and responsive. Great way to escape Paris for the weekend!"

"Really nice house in a peaceful scenic location. Very rustic, French house. Gardens are really nice with outdoor eating areas, seating, hammocks and ping pong. Location is great for catching a train from Vernon to various places - we traveled to Rouen and Paris. Laurent as host is very pleasant, relaxed and helpful!"

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."

"J'ai réuni mes proches dans l'objectif de fêter mon anniversaire et on a passé un excellent WE .Une procédure d'arrivée et de départ fluide, avec une certaine flexibilité sur les horaires ce qui est précieux surtout quand certains viennent de loin. La maison est vraiment bien équipée que ce soit en terme de matériel ou d'infrastructures. La propriété est grande ce qui permet de vraiment des espces, en particulier le jardin. "Comfortable bright and spacious home. Just right to accommodate our family to attend a family wedding celebration in Amuchy. Well equipped and very homely, good showers and large bath. Surrounded by peaceful countryside. Interesting visit to the cheese farm, and tasty cheese to buy. We had slight difficulty locating the property, as it is set back from the road and the gateway not clearly named. We used ‘what three words’ to guide our relatives."
