"Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Great communication in the run up to our visit. François was the perfect host full of ideas and information on where to visit and weather updates. Stayed in the penthouse apartment. Beautifully furnished immaculately clean amazingly comfortable. Lovely outdoor private patio and garden area. Fantastic grounds. "We had a very nice stay , and we were upgraded to executive room which was lovely , unfortunately it looked out onto the main road which was being dug up and majorly overhauled and the noise from machinery until they stopped was rather loud . It restarted at 8am but luckily we were just waking up anyway . The staff were very helpful and helped us find parking as road disrupted and breakfast was very nice . "Un hôtel agréable, mais aux chambres vraiment petites. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un accueil efficace qui nous a permis d'arriver très tard sans complications. Il est situé près d'un rond point assez passant, ce qui en rend l'accès aisé, mais force à garder les fenêtres fermées la nuit. Heureusement qu'il y a une climatisation. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Mon seul bémol est la taille des chambres, où il est difficile d'avoir plus qu'une valise de taille cabine ouverte dans la chambre. Comme l'hôtel est à proximité des nombreuses attractions des châteaux de la Loire, il vaut mieux en profiter et ne passer qu'un temps minimum dans les chambres. "

"We had a fantastic week staying at the gite. We were a party of 8 and we had plenty of room - having two separate houses also worked really well for us. The pool is lovely - a great size, clean, heated and in a lovely setting. The location is beautiful, in the grounds of the chateau, and we enjoyed eating at the large table outside under the tree. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - thank you! In terms of eating out, we had a really delicious meal at the restaurant Aux Trois Pastoureaux in Chateaudun which is about 20 mins drive away - would highly recommend. All in all we had an amazing week and would love to go back at some point."

"We had a fantastic week and Aline was very friendly and accomodating. The house was perfect for our family and the kids loved the pool which is all enclosed for safety. The house had plenty of room for large groups like ours and the supermarket was 5 mins drive up the road which was really handy. There is a great patisere in the local town well worth a visit for some lovely fresh cakes. "

"We were 8 adults and 7 kids in this superb property. Emmanuel and Virginie were extremely welcoming when we arrived at their holiday home even giving us home grown courgettes, tomatoes and potatoes - all delicious. The property is made up of 3 houses (4 bed, 2 bed and another 4 bed) all within the same grounds along with a fantastic swimming pool, barbecue area, tennis court, pétanque pitch and huge grassed area. The rest of the house is really spacious with loads of added extras and space for the group to spread out - the kids loved the pool table, and “cinema” area. There is also a nice walk just on the door step with a small kids play area, and an absolutely stunning lavender field. I couldn’t recommend this more highly."
