They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"A historic, long standing hotel with all the creature comforts. We had a large room on the 5th floor with 2 cute circular windows with great views. Room was very quiet and comfortable (beds were comfortable, but didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed together). Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano. "

He had great suggestions for places to visit and also made you feel very special. The hotel is convenient to everything. I will definitely stay there again. "
