"We loved our stay in the villa. The location felt rural enough but was also only a 10 minute walk into town (it’s a bit steep though) where there were some great bars, restaurants and a little shop. The pool has a great view and there is plenty of land (including an onsite vineyard). We had some challenges finding the villa by car due to some roadworks and the person who met us did not speak any English (we don’t speak any Italian), however a call to the property managing agent sorted this out....

"This is a wonderful place. It was clean and spacious. It was well stocked. It even had bread and jam for us. It had a kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, silverware and plates. The owner, Daniella, runs the clothing store in the same building and was very accessible and helpful. It is close by restaurants and shops and was even a nice sized Pam Local supermarket just a few doors away."

"The house is spacious, interesting and has everything needed for a holiday. The garden is a huge bonus - room to relax with a view (and grapes on the vine!). It was a joy to stay in an historic house in such an interesting town, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a delicious meal at the owner’s restaurant too."

"Quaint apartment, with enough amenities for a great six day stay! The parking is a little tough, but the location and views are fabulous. The pellet stove needs to have directions for the renter when it is cooler weather. I would definitely say again. Francesco was great and helped me with a lot of questions!:)"

"Stayed here the last 4 nights of our 2 week vacation. Loved the peace and quiet. No car, train or plane noise at night. Beautiful location centrally located to Voltare, Siena and other villages. The villa had all the amenities we needed. Nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Comfortable beds!! Host met us there and was very helpfull. I would recomend to others and would stay again."

"The setting in the Tuscan countryside was amazing. A very charming historic Farmhouse. The hosts were so kind and charming. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The kitchen was very useful for home cooking. Despite high heat outside, we could close the shutters and windows and keep the house cool until the evening. The night air in the country was so cool to sleep in. A very authentic rural place. We were able to drive to busy sites around Tuscany and then come home to a peaceful and quiet...

"Everything was great. The pool was warm. Views are fantastic stretching out to the sea. The town has a good supermarket. Only went to one restaurant, Dell'Upo, but it was good so went back most nights. The hosts were helpful and informative. Planning a return."

Die Lage der Wohnung ideal gleich neben einer wenig befahrenen Nebenstrasse. So gut wie keine LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung.Wunderschöner Garten mit toller Möbelausstattung.
