"As in all prior reviews, a "10" from us. The house is a modern design, fully equipped, with great view over old Alba. We didn't use the pool, but it is large and always clean. Easy walk into Centro; we also found parking when we drove into town. Best part was our host. Always accessible. "It was a pleasure to stay in Villa Barbara. Everything was clean and place was quiet and looked like brand new. Special kudos to all of the complimentary food - cake, eggs, milk, wine, water, bread, cheese, salami, hazel nuts - everything we needed for the breakfast for couple of days. "This is a modernized hilltop villa set among vines and hazelnut trees. The vista is spectacular. There are two very comfortable bedrooms. The third bedroom has a sofa bed which we did not use. Many closets and drawers. Two very nice bathrooms. Large kitchen fairly well equipped for cooking. We are not so used to the little Mika coffee maker, and wish there was an electric one.
