La casa della Maestra Bice

It was the first elementary school in Monticello, la Casa della Maestra Bice, a home rich in history. The house is on the hill, immersed in quiet and offers tranquility to recharge your batteries. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and each with its private bathroom (jacuzzi and hydromassage shower) and a balcony with wonderful views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house includes a well-equipped kitchen with the possibility of having dinner or breakfast on the patio .
Being 9km from Alba and 8km from Bra even without public transport, everything is close by car.
Space
There is also a room at the entrance prepared as an office for the business people!
Access for guests
There is the possibility of parking 2 cars in front of the house. The upper town is not served by public transport so it is necessary to travel by car at least as far as the village where a bus connects with Alba.

Stay in Perugia
We stayed for just one night with our 5 adult children. The communication with Simone and Marco was excellent, check in/out was very easy. Everything we needed (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms) was supplied. Each room had its own AC unit which made it very comfortable in the summer heat. I wish we were there for more than one night!

Spectacular views of the Langhe
We spent 30 days being locals, cycling in the area, and exploring food and wine while living in this excellent family home. The house is located in a very quiet villa with spectacular views of the area. On clear days you can see the snowy mountain peaks, La Morra, Verduno, Alba, and many more hilltop villages. There is a nice patio and several balconies all with beautiful vistas. There are a couple of restaurants in the village within 5 min walking distance. There are all needed amenities in the Borgo at the bottom of the hill. Both Alba and Bra, with all what they have to offer, are 15-20 min drive away. The house is amazingly well equipped. It truly has everything that you may need to live there comfortably. Carla and Nadia were exceptional hosts and made everything very easy. They provided guidance to local life and ensured we had all our needs met. We will be returning to this gem next time we are in the area.
