"After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "

"It was magical to be in a castle from 1200 with all the modern conveniences and comforts! The Breakfast was divine with many choices including gluten free! And freshly prepared bruschetta, eggs and cappuccino….. And we conveniently visited many Medieval Hill town Palaces and Fortresses by car."

Molle del letto che si sentivano nella schiena e per finire nido sul davanzale che impediva la chiusura degli antoni, non avrei mai fatto togliere il nido amo gli animali, ma le tende interne oltre che sporche non si potevano tirare per impedire un po' alla luce di entrare, alle ore 5...

"The apartment was big enough, the owner very polite and helpful. But, there were bugs at our mattress... "

"We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold....

"Old, very old and beautiful property. Furnishings and accoutrements reminiscent of olden days. Hotel very clean and beds extremely comfortable! Extra pillows a nice touch. Staff, and in particular, Cecelia was amazing!! Really made the trio more eventfull by recomending excellent restaurants and esotecas to purchase and ship wine. We highly recomend!!"

"This is one of the best properties we've stayed during our trip around Italy. We stayed here for 2 nights and used this as the base to explore the Tuscany contryside. Pienza was such a beautiful little town and it's one of the best places to experience an authentic Italian life. My wife and I enjoyed strolling down the little streets in early morning and eveyning and it's so easy to walk all over the town from here. Finding a parking close to the property might be a little tricky sometime, but...

"When we arrived in charming Montalcino we were impressed by the grace and beauty of the town. When our GPS told us to stop right in the most picturesque spot, we were thrilled. Our hotel room had a lovely balcony where we sat sipping wine, eating cheese and watching the sun go down. The view looked over the historic fort, the city walls, and off into the Tuscan countryside. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly."
