"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. Voor boodschappen of verkennen van de omgeving is veel tijd nodig, gezien de locatie ver van de bewoonde wereld af ligt. Met de auto is het prima te berijden. Rome bezocht...

"Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek die echter alleen via een moeilijk begaanbaar bergweg te bereiken is. Op zich een fijn huis maar getuigt van onverschillig onderhoud - het bestek zat nog in plastic, de laden van de koelkast ook. De keuken was vettig en het meubilair doorgezakt. Maar wel 2 ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en prima woonkamer. Buiten alle ruimte"

"Our family really enjoyed the time spent in this home. As evident from the pictures, the views are simply outstanding. The house comes fully furnished and equipped with anything you could need, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very welcomed. The trip to the beach was a quick one on bikes, though the trip down to sea level was always a bit 'exciting' on the narrow Italian roads.
