Plenty of space, but our room has soiled carpet, appeared to be blood or a lot of fingernail polish. The glass closet door in br was broken in many cracks, perfect for small child to cut their fingers or hands couch was also filthy. And, zero breakfast of any kind. This was our fourth stay, but each time has been significantly worse .We probably will not stay here again.

THE 2-4 STAR REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE 10'S The biggest disappointment with this hotel is that it it is not a 3 star property. If it were not for the fake reviews being posted by people who work there (I quit a hotel that did the same thing. Have an employee book a room on Expedia, leave a great review to move up your average, then refund the money... Notice the real, honest reviews are always followed by several 10/10 fake reviews) this property would reflect what it actual is, a 2 star 5-6 rating (not a 3 star 8.2 rating). It is an okay hotel at a 2 star for $69-$79 or so per night. But if you like to stay at quality hotels, skip this one. The check in process was embarrassing, I have already called corporate and complained to them and the property management. We stay in hotels about 60-70 nights a year (not all in high end hotels). I am Expedia platinum, trust me when I say to skip this one if you are looking for a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express type quality. This is more along the lines of a Motel6 or that quality. To be fair, they have tried to upgrade the rooms with new curtains, bedding, and tvs, but the property itself is older and... well... Just look at the other reviews with pictures.

I didn’t like anything about this property. It is nothing like it was portrayed on the internet. It was very dark, men outside smoking weed! We ended up vacating the property because we thought we were about to be robbed!! I will never go back to this hotel again!!

Carpet very dirty, no dish soap or dishwasher soap. You had to bring your dirty towels to the lobby to get new ones. No maid service. Lobby not open till much later. Towels are very small. The best part of the room was the kitchenette. Modern and well made. The bed was comfortable.

This property is highly rated but does not give an accurate description. The property houses a large amount of long term tenants and is less of a hotel environment. People were receiving amazon deliveries and children were being dropped off by a school bus. We were told that we would be in a “quiet” building with working people but there was loud music at night, marijuana smoke and people sitting outside on the stairs that we had to walk around. The room was nice inside, the kitchen was really nice but underneath the microwave/range hood was dirty.

The only thing negative about this stay... Was when we wanted to go swimming. The pool was closed. We asked the office why. Was told that it was closed for the season. It was 90 outside. That was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. That should have bene made known.

There was no attendant at the front desk when I arrived at this property. I had to call a number and wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive. The property stairwells stink of smoke and so was the room they checked me into, to the point where I insisted on another room. It took over an hour to get in a room. The condition of the property is in average to poor condition. I definitely would not stay here ever again and recommend that no one should.

The staff was horrible, I had to be switch to 3 rooms before I got a room that was clean and toilet work. Had to be let in room by front desk staff cause no card would read to open door it was 2am and was to tired to look for another hotel. Prepaid but was charged again full total instead for accidentals hold.
