The Space:

Guests will enter through the door on the front porch by using a digital keypad. Step inside the living room with a decorative fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and a hallway that leads to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Continuing through the dining room, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and the downstairs bedroom furnished with a comfy bed, sofa, and access to the backyard.
Moving outside, our backyard is a haven for leisure and enjoyment. The patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. Of course, our refreshing swimming pool awaits you for a dip or a relaxing swim.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our house sits in close proximity to the heart of downtown Montgomery. With its central location,
it offers convenient access to the city's amenities such as grocery stores, great restaurants, parks, museums, and more! We are just a few minutes away from Jackson Hospital and Alabama State University!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
