Fun Waterfront Condo in April Sound

Beautifull condo. 1 GB Fiber optic internet. Smart TVs in every room with Netflix and YouTube TV and more. Be sure to see the video. Fully furnished with every amenity needed for a fabulous stay. Newly renovated throughout. The downstairs is open and inviting, with two new leather sofas and comfortable seating where you can enjoy the view of the water. Dining will accommodate 6-8 with counter space for four more. Antique English pub table can be extended for more dining or buffet service. 2 queen beds, double over double bunk, extra air mattresses available. Smoking allowed outdoors on the patio deck only. Pet-friendly. Close to all Lake Conroe amenities, The Woodlands venues, and the 162,000 acres Sam Houston National Forest with the 130 mile Lone Star Hiking Trail. Monthly rates only available in cool season. Please contact owner for details.

Located in a great (safe) neighborhood with parks and easy drivable access to lots of restaurants and things to do around the lake. Owner was easy to communicate with. Plus the view was beautiful!

Clean and full of amenities. Great location fronting the lake. Terry was kind enough to refund some rental cost since the main TV wasn’t working! Would definitely stay here again!

The best host / location
wow! Terry was incredible from booking to check out. We were displaced from our home leaking during the recent storm and accommodating is an understatement! We ended up not even needing to stay an extra night but would have paid even more for this adorable place. The location was phenomenal and safe! Definitely booking again this summer!!

Great little stay on the water
We stayed here over Easter weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. Cute little condo fully stocked and well furnished with a nice patio overlooking the water. Terry is super attentive and really makes sure that you enjoy your stay, as we did!

I had family coming from Dallas, San Antonio and Houston for a family gathering. The condo worked fabulously. Terry was great to work with and has everything (instructions) written out and labeled. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing!

Lovely family vacation!
We spent a wonderful extended weekend here and would definitely come back. The house was beautifully furnished and in a great location. The rooms had everything we needed and the addition of the shampoo, body wash, and lotion in the house was so convenient. We used the portable crib that is provided with the house. It's a portable travel crib so it was a little on the small side for our 1.5 year old but it was a good size for the 6 month old. Parking was so convenient being in from of the house. Due to the tall hedges it was hard for us to park 2 vehicles next to each other and still get the children and car seats out easily so we just had the second vehicle parked in guest parking which was just a few additional steps away to solve the problem. There are baby gates at the bottom and top of the stairs which an extra detail we just loved. The house itself was also very easy to find with the help of Terry's directions. Speaking of Terry, we've NEVER had a better host. Before I arrived I asked about crib sheets for the portable bed. She didn't have any but ordered them immediately so that they would be there for our use when we arrived. After our arrival we discovered a small issue with the coffee pot. She was at the door in less than an hour bringing over a new coffee pot as well as coffee filters and a brand new package of coffee for us. She also brought over some free and gentle detergent, in addition to the regular detergent already provided, just in case we needed to wash something for our children. She was very thoughtful and kind. She's the kind of owner that makes you want to go back again and again. Thanks again for everything Terry!

The hurricane changed our beach house plans and we had to stay locally. Terry was instrumental in procuring this location due to the issues with a widespread power outage. The condo setup was perfect for my visiting family.

Super accommodating and the perfect location for young kids because it's in its own quiet, wake free, alcove. We spent all day floating. We were here during Hurricane Berryl and the just was amazing in helping us with another night due to flights being cancelled. Will be coming back next time!

Lakefront Townhome w/View
Our family gathered and had a wonderful time. The townhome was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (Bring your own food of course). The lake is right beyond the back patio and the area offers great restaurants, shopping, jet skiing, boat rentals, fishing, & even a boat launch in the neighborhood, captained lake tours, and swimming. This rental makes a perfect getaway spot.

Incredibly well equipped and maintained resort style accomm
This is an outstanding gem of a place that has a great waterside location, secure, well maintained, comfortable and packed with every amenity. The star is also the owner Terry who went the extra mile for us in buying a Christmas tree for our stay over that period with heaps of decorations provided for us to dress it and the condo to make it festive. She is highly responsive and always contactable if needed. Highly recommend!
