Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Private, well-lit parking is FREE and available BEHIND the building. You'll need to enter this park area from S.McDonough St. You'll see the parking sign on the left as soon as you pass Noble Avenue. If you choose to park behind the building, please note that you'll need to walk back to the front of the building to enter your unit. Street parking is FREE & available as well.
PETS are welcome :) there is a small non-refundable $75 fee for each pet.
SMOKING is allowed :) ONLY on the back patio/laundry area. It's private. There's seating, a tv, table and an ashtray for your convenience.
