This property is a joke! Do not believes on the pictures from their website. Terrible experience, I arrive to the hotel and an hour late I was out. I paid for one week no return money.

I wasn't expecting much and wasn't disappointed. A basic hotel, with a need to modernize and upgrade. Then of course, the price would be higher. Great breakfast spread and good internet access.

Clean , comfortable and convenient hotel
The Hotel Tres Cruces is a clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was nice but not too spacious (for one person it was fine). The breakfast was limited to just rolls, cakes, ham, cheese, juice and coffee (no eggs or bacon). The room rate was very affordable.

Centrally located hotel convenient 5-minute walk to bus terminal; more like a 2.5 stars pushing for a 3; friendly helpful front desk staff; chatty noisy maids non-stop talking down the hallway since early morning hours; breakfast is very basic continental style with limited items; more mosquitoes in the lobby than in the room.

This hotel is in a great location but lacks amenities. OK for a transient night but lacks a comfort feeling for a longer stay, rooms are small On the positive note, the TV, internet and air conditioner worked well.

Adequate place to lay your head
I would stay here again though I wouldn’t choose this place for a honeymoon. The breakfast was well stocked with many fresh juices, yogurts, coffee, milk, pastries, cold cuts and cheese. The carpeting looked stained but cleaned. My room own had two single beds instead of one larger bed for myself, but it was a comfortable bed. My TV receiver would stop working after about 15 minutes of use, which was alright since I didn’t have much time to waste but could be a pain to someone else. The shower was fine but the lever to have water come out of the faucet to the tub did not work. The luggage storage at no charge was a nice touch. My biggest disappointment was that in Hotels.com it says that an airport shuttle is included; they have no airport shuttle. That adds about a $30 taxi ride for my stay. It’s still less expensive than anything else within walking distance of 3 Cruces.

Good location
The hotel isn't clean at all, the quality of the linens is terrible. The room doesn't allow for you to walk around let alone have luggage. For a one night stay it may work if you don't care about the cleanliness, but I made the mistake to stay a week, I won't recommend this hotel to anybody. The policies about visitors are ridiculous. I'm not happy with the experience at all.

Not a five or four star hotel but good value. Felt comfortable and safe. Clean and roomy compared to other hotels I stayed in on this trip in the same price range. Staff helpful. Would stay there again.

The hotel is near a Tres Cruces Mall/bus station and as a result busy all of the time. Wear and tear is obvious though reasonably comfortable. Some English skills among the general staff with several individuals very clear. My experience was satisfactorily average.

A thing to improve it is that the following question is a little embarrassing: "Do you took something from the fridge?", to inmediately, the girl from the reception, do in front of you the same question to the staff room service.

So handy for the central bus station
After I'd booked this hotel I read some shockingly bad reports that had been posted about this hotel, and I went there with every intention of walking away, even though it was paid for, if the hotel, and rooms were as bad as I'd read. It WAS NOT bad, it was very good, with my room being clean, and airy, the staff could not have been more helpful, even 'phoning ahead and booking my next hotel for me when I left the following morning. Why would people give a hotel a bad name if it wasn't true ! Beats me, - they may have had a bad experience, but I certainly did not. I'd stay there again without any worry at all. Whilst it isn't 4 star it is good value for money for the traveler.

A very handy location hotel
A hotel which may help with refurbish, nevertheless; it's very convenient good rate, clean, excellent staff and very satisfying home made breakfast. You have a choice to buy cappuccino too! Overall for my experiences elsewhere would recommend. I'm back for 3 nights on my way home Sydney ! Grace

the hotel is in a good location as it is close to the terminal. The outside appearance of the hotel looks a bit grim but the inside is fine. It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in my room the price I paid was a good price and the room was fine The bed was very comfortable

Great value for money. Central location
I spent 4 nights and used it just to sleep. It was a great choice. Good location. Not the best neighborhood but only 5 minutes walking to central station and mall. Easy public transportation for all main places. Excellent breakfast with homemade cooking. Helpful staff and clean room. Not a modern hotel , but great worth for money.
