"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"Absolutely awful. The apartment was dirty, greasy even and dusty. We had to clean the whole place and washed the sheets ourselves. Almost everything was broken, the bed, fridge, tv, shower, even one of the things to hang the sheets we washed. Mattresses are the cheapest thinnest available and with the broken slats combined to be the worst bed I’ve ever slept (or not slept) in. The oven was so filthy it filled the whole flat with smoke. "The property is large and spacious, old-fashioned / dated in style, but adequate. The beds are not very comfortable at all, and this was the main issue. Communication / checkin was fine, with no problems. Everything worked as it should inside the apartment. If you are looking for a simple place to stay then this will be fine but do not expect any luxuries."

"We had an amazing stay in this flat! Lovely decor, two balconies (!), a gas hob, tall ceilings and very homely. The location was also brilliant, it's a little outside the centre but very very well connected, lots of transport links within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt very safe even late at night. We would absolutely love to return to this apartment when we return to Torino!"

We were supposed to get confirmation email 48 hours before with instructions but I had to email the night before so we could make our transportation arrangements for the next day. 2.
