"After our stay we did not get our €500 deposit back and they took another €150 from my credit card. They emailed saying that they’d taken it because of a “damaged or thrown away cot”. There was no cot in any of the rooms when we got there so we definitely did not damage one or throw one away. I have tried to contact the owner to dispute this but they are ignoring me. "This place is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near like what it looks in the photos, we had 3 power cuts and potentially life threatening to one of the children we had with us as he needs power to take his medication. 14 hours without power we were locked in the villa as couldn’t get out the electric gates with very little water left and phone batteries on their last legs.
