"Stayed for 6 nights. The front reception staff were always pleasant and helpful with any concerns i had. My room was always kept tidy, and fridge was always restocked. The area is extremely convenient and you are always a good walking distance from everything. You are in front of a busy street but the sound proof balcony doors really do their job and block out the noise. It was an exceptional experience and I look forward to booking again on my next trip. "

"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "
