"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"We stayed, 2 couples, for a week in Stefano's guest apartment in the village of Mosciano. "The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. "L’agriturismo Cuore Verde è un vero e proprio gioiello. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: giardino, piscina, arredi. L’appartamento Ginepro poi, essendo al piano terra, l’abbiamo trovato comodissimo e molto più grande delle aspettative. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile, presente e attenta.
