"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."

"The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
