Hotel novo, limpo, porem estava com lotacao maxima e deixaram apenas um funcionario para fazer o check in. Ficamos mais de um hora para ser atendidos. Na nossa vez, ficamos sabemos q a categoria que haviamos contratado estava com overbooking e tivemos que ficar com um quarto pior.

As toalhas estavam ruim e roupa de cama com furo, para um quarto de 600,00 muito ruim. Café da manhã acústica horrível, um desconto pois o espaço original estava em reforma. A lixeira estava quebrada.

Hotel em obras, o barulho de furadeira e quebradeira começava às 8h, inclusive no feriado não se podia dormir até mais tarde. Um elevador parado, gerando viagens cheias e demora. Quarto não foi arrumado, janela sujas, banheiro com mau odor, descuido em vários pontos para um hotel deste preço.

Excelente hotel, quarto espaçoso, limpo e equipe atenciosa. Destaque para o café da manhã super gostoso e com ótimas opções. Adorei a estufa de pães de queijo! Deixo apenas duas observações: poderia ter secador de cabelo e renovar os travesseiros, pois os que estavam no meu quarto já passaram da hora de trocar.
