It’s a brand new building, everything is clean and is right in the downtown area. My room was on the fifth floor, it was very quiet and comfortable. WiFi worked well.

The property was clean. To get to the actual lobby was strange. You park in the garage, you take an elevator down to the street level, you walk into the building, take the elevator up to the lobby, about 5 floors or so, check in, then up to you room which for us was 2 floors up. The elevator said floor 2, in reality we were 7 to 8 floors up. In my opinion, this is a safety hazard as you really don't know where in the building you are, which in case of a fire or emergency could be a problem. Their is not much privacy for the restroom as their is no real separation, it is glass doors and open at the top, with no vents. Though the hotel was nice, I would not stay here again unless I was staying solo.

No había papel higiénico en el baño, no había aguas para beber, había una cafetera sin insumos para hacer café, tienes que subirte a 2 diferentes elevadores para llegar al hotel del estacionamiento no hay quien te ayude con las maletas, la verdad muy caro para el servicio que ofrecen

El hotel está aún en construcción, sólo tienen habilitado 3 pisos y están habilitando el cuarto que es que nos asignaron. Desde que llegamos no resultó grato por la imagen exterior en construcción y el área para subir al estacionamiento con demasiada pendiente y con cajones de estacionamiento demasiado reducidos y limitados, se deben ocupar dos lugares en uno tras de otro por lo que queda tu auto atrapado. Bajas en elevador para salir a un área en construcción y de ahí pasar al edificio del hotel en donde subes hasta Lobby el equivalente a 4 pisos de altura. Llegando a la recepción había dos personas esperando habitación y al llegar yo y mostrar mi reservacion, la recepcionista comentó que no tenían disponibilidad, que no sabían porque se seguían ofreciendo habitaciones en linea, si ya no tenían. Después de una espera de más de 50 minutos por fin me indica que buscarian en otro hotel, casi de inmediato me comenta que sí, me asignarian una habitación pero que no tendrá televisión porque apenas estában habilitando ese piso, le dije que como era posible, que no estuviera completo y me dijo... que lo que no sabía es porque me habían permitido reservar, a lo que incomoda le respondí que como me decía eso, que ese no era mi problema o culpa y pedi revisar primero la habitación, pase y vi que estaba sucio el piso con pisadas creo yo del polvo de construcción que hay en el exterior y el vidrio del pasillo estaba sucio de cemento y polvo.
