The Space:
With Cozy Oaks as your home away from home, you can do just that. This home has a central location that allows you to explore the area, while the home itself has ample space to enjoy outside and an interior that provides a quiet retreat.

Feel at home with your first step through the door as the home’s main living area welcomes you in. Wide couches anchor the space, creating an environment of gathering and relaxing. A smart tv hangs above the decorative brick fireplace to stream your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night in. The home flows easily from living to dining with the open concept kitchen. Natural light, open shelving, wide countertops, and kitchen island combine to make the space equally beautiful and functional. Stocked with all the tools you need for cooking at home, the kitchen makes for convenient meals to be shared at the formal dining table with seating for 4, or more casually at the kitchen island with barstool seating for 3.

Outdoor spaces include an expansive back deck with a grill and dining space for 6. Down in the yard, a playset with swings and slide is set up for children, with seating for the adults just to the side. Gorgeous gardens create a beautiful backdrop for evenings spent enjoying the property.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in its 3 private bedrooms, each with soft linens and comfortable furnishings for sound nights of sleep.

Carmel-By-The-Sea is 15 minutes away and certainly worth a visit. Consistently rated a top 10 destination in the United States, this small village is nestled above the stunning coast with performing arts, art galleries, and unique wining and dining, all within walking distance of one another. Monterey Regional Airport is less than 3 miles away and with two turns you can be on Hwy 68 which will take you straight to Laguna Seca Raceway. This home is also 5 minutes from the Monterey County Fair Grounds.

Monterey Bay is one of the largest marine sanctuaries in the country with kelp forests, underwater canyons, and close-to-shore deep ocean environments. So, whether you explore the natural wonders on the water, or enjoy adventure on land, this trip is sure to be extraordinary.

Perfectly Simple, comfortable and Clean
Location was quiet and central to many things. Grocery store is 2 minutes away. House was very clean and well stocked. Bed was super comfortable as was the couches. This place was perfect for our work crew. FYI, they only have a Pod coffee maker, but did provide a refillable Pod.

Great Stay near Monterey
The property was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. There was a playground in the backyard that my 5 and 4 year old loved. Less than a 10 minute drive to Cannery Row. We will be looking to stay here again in the future.

Nice time but issues need addressing.
Thank you for letting us stay at your rental property. We had a good time, but the following items made us give a 3 star rather than a 4 star rating. The bed in the middle room was very uncomfortable. Some of the knives were rusty and grips were falling apart. There was no grilling spatula. We Found ourselves having to go to the store for items like aluminum foil and salt. The shower drain appeared clogged and didn’t drain appropriately during showers. On a positive note, the property was very clean and tidy. It was conveniently close to many attractions. There were plenty of fresh towels. The fridge and freezer & washer/dryer were very clean and nice. We also liked the game closet and had lots of fun playing “shoot the moon.”
