"Stayed at the property for 3 weeks in June. The check in process was very fast and professional and we got a tour around the Villa at check in. The Villa itself was very nice and clean. We were 5 adults and 3 kids that stayed at the villa. The beds were good and we all slept well except there is no air condition but there were fans in every room that helped a lot with the heat on the 2nd floor. "We were looking for a way to unwind after experiencing the cities of Rome and Florence - this place was perfect. We were able to go into Bologna and enjoy all that the city has to offer and then relax poolside in the afternoon when it was hot. Pamela and Gabriel were wonderful - they had lots of great recommendations and were very accommodating. Great experience all around. One tip: This property is not near many restaurants, so plan accordingly. Our kids loved making pasta and flatbread...

"A beautiful villa and Irene the land load was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom. We still enjoyed the place and the wonderful cooking of the cook as she prepared for us an Italian feast that I requested...

"Fantastic property and surroundings. The property gives "jungle" vibe with really well maintained outdoor surroundings and pool area. The owner is easy to communicate with and is really helpful. If you are a large family notice that 3-4 people have to sleep in a common room close making it potential a bit challenging if you are not close family. Gets out best recommendations overall!"
