"It is a great place in the middle of the countryside in a real vineyard with very nice wine and a public beach with restaurants (10-15 minute drive) . No food except a wonderful breakfast in the AM, so come prepared or eat near the beach area. It's a rocky beach so bring proper water shoes... the only downside is that Agriturismo De Luca is a bit difficult to find. "Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. "The pictures do not do justice to this great apartment! It is fresh, modern and well appointed. Our host went out of his way to welcome us and was easy to communicate with. We were two couples traveling together and the apartment worked out well for us. The panoramic views over the old town and then the mountains beyond are breathtaking! The location is excellent for a visit to Sulmona, minutes away from sights, shops and restaurants. "
