"There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient."

"The photos are accurate - this place is very comfortable with all amenities you would need and very clean, PLUS a fantastic view. The garden is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. Lauro and Manuela were always available and ready to help. "We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa."

"Deborah was a wonderful host who did everything she could to be helpful. We enjoyed the villa and had a beautiful view of the lake from several different rooms, as well as the patio. Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs.
