"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Could not have asked for more the grounds, the house, the hostess, the surroundings . . . All just beautiful and wonderful. Felt like I could have spent a month there. The hostess was so nice and so helpful. On the last night we had the chef and owner from a local restaurant, Mimo come and cook for us. It was like a movie. He was such a good cook, so nice. "The location and service were amazing. We had a problem the first night with a room that smelled like sewage. They had no other room with 2 beds available although they offered us a room with a bed and sofa. The next night we were moved to a new room and given a free breakfast. I would stay here again in the "old" building, since the "new" building had the smell issue."

"This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here."
