"After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to take my chances as I was only needing a place to sleep for 8 hours & glad I went with my gut. This place was perfectly fine for the price. It’s not the Ritz but I had clean sheets & towels, hot water, working AC/heat, a microwave, fridge and television with many channels. The front desk person was very nice and answered the phone quickly when I called to confirm check in hours. No bed bugs or roaches (which was my major concern) and no mold in the bathroom. Front doors were locked when I arrived at 10pm but front desk will buzz you in. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel is to provide cups/mugs in the room as there were none for me. I’m from Wisconsin dells and this is walking distance to most of the immediate things tourists may need as well as walking distance to the strip if you don’t mind more of a walk. Hot tub still out of service as of 12/29/24"

"The hotel is fairly new so I expected it to be in good condition. All appliances worked and the room was clean, my major positive comment is for Daniel. Sue did a great job at putting me in the room I thought I booked. I would recommend this property. "
