Custom Built in 2021, Villa Soleil Levant is a contemporary, open-concept home in a quiet, upscale gated community. This spacious villa features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with stunning ocean views. The kitchen, family room, and massive pool deck create an expansive area perfect for socializing. Enjoy watching the planes fly by in the distance, the cruise ships sailing past & the panoramic views of the ocean and Montego Bay from every angle of our home. Staffed with a cleaner, 24-hour home attendant, and an optional chef, Villa Soleil Levant, which means “ Rising Sun” offers the ultimate luxury experience.
One of the favorite things to do at Villa Soleil Levant, is simply wake up to the sun rising over the mountains, or sit back on the expanded patios, and take in the view of city lights at night with a glass of wine.

We do have a storage area for supplies that is accessible to staff only. Apart from that, IT’S YOURS ;)

We utilize Whats App as a form of immediate response. It’s a free application, that works well for communication while traveling internationally at no cost.
Further, there is either a grounds keep or house keeper always available for guest questions and support.

• This is someone’s home; please care for it as you would your own.
• Treat the space and its contents with great care and respect.
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only; no indoor smoking.
• Unregistered guests must be approved prior to entry, or they will not be allowed
• Utility costs are high in Jamaica; turn off AC when leaving rooms and keep doors closed when AC is on. Our staff may enter the space to turn off AC in unoccupied rooms.
• Respect your neighbors; no loud noise on the pool deck and outdoor areas after midnight.
• We ensure the space is well kept for your arrival, please leave it in the same condition when you depart.
