SeeSea Waterfront Villa is an unique, recently renovated, beachfront townhouse located in Montego Bay's most prestigious gated community Lagoons. This exquisite villa offers it's own sandy beach overseeing Montego Bay. Spacious patio coupled with tropical garden creates private relaxing atmosphere.
Large public swimming pool is right outside of the house. In addition, guests have access to kids playground, 3 more pools, gym, tennis courts, 24 hour security.
SeeSea Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs.

All bedrooms and living room have AC and fans. Wi-Fi is throughout the house.
Our kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel new appliances, gas stove and granite counter top.
Our living room has its own pool table and a little library.
Our dining table seats 8 and is conveniently located next to a bar outside on the veranda. Also we have a small grill that can be used by our guests.
Our laundry room has a washer and dryer that is available for our guests' use.
We are waterfront but you can't swim at our beach as the whole area is fishing nursery.
The pool outside of our villa is public but most of the time is vacant.
Power, internet and water disruptions are not rare in Jamaica. We don't have internet backup, backup water tank and backup generator. For water disruption cases we keep bottles of water under the sinks - this water is not for drinking.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Unapproved late check-outs are $50 USD until noon and $100 USD after noon.
According to the community security protocol IDs of all guests and their visitors have to be presented at the gate for records and admission to the property. IDs are recorded electronically and by written registry. Providing the first and last names of yourselves and your guests/visitors in advance is mandatory. This information will be forwarded to the security guard, as non-authorized visitors are not allowed into the complex.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Our gardener cleans up the area around the house on daily basis except weekends and holidays.
We don't have a chef, and don't allow chefs on the property.
For the tennis court booking is required. The court should be booked 24 hours prior by 4:00 pm. The maximum play time will be 1 hour so other residents will have use of the court.
Commercial vehicles (both red and green plates) are not permitted to be parked overnight on the property. Commercial vehicles not removed within 24hrs of receiving this reminder will be towed.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 10 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 10 individuals in total at any given time.
