The hotel is very outdated. Our room leaked and our baby fell. When I told the front desk about the issue a very rude manager told me the room is fine. The food in the buffet restaurant was horrible. Very few options and almost everything spicy. In the evening the host would choose who to sit outside. I asked twice to be seated outside and they told me they will not serve me drinks over there. No food opsions for toddlers. We rarely seen someone at the pools serving. We had to get drinks ourselves most of the time. Overall the service was not good.

Day 1 Arrival 3pm majority of the food was gone. There was a 20 min wait for pizza and they would only give you 2-3 slices TOTAL(it was 3 adults & 1 child), mind you the slices was the size of cheese bread sticks. The restaurants that required reservations were all booked for the entire 3 day stay except one restaurant which we couldn’t eat due to allergies. Dinner at the buffet didn’t have much of a selection, nasty. So we ordered room service for a fee of $10. Let’s not forget the lobby and walk areas had multiple buckets because the ceilings was leaking. Day 2 Now at breakfast which is majority pork, when I asked for them to place the turkey sausage (only other meat to chose from) on the grill he told me No, I had to go ask another employee to do it, now remember this ALL INCLUSIVE. It’s lunch time now 1pm, everything we ordered “they had no more of” BEEF PATTIES, NUGGETS, and the cheeseburger took 40 mins! The only thing good about this resort is housekeeping(very attentive) and some of the bartenders Josiah & Smiley! Day 3 & 4 Could not get reservations at the Rum factory no matter what each morning it said it was booked and of course when we went to get pizza it was 30 minutes wait time, no nuggets for the kids! The amount of stray cats running away is insane Safe to say I will not be returning here again.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. We had an exceptional time, except for the AC that did not work properly which was not as cold as we'd hoped. Buffet was excellent and they had several other restaurants that were also great but need reservations. Location was also good as it was close to the airport. Love the pools as well. We had an amazing time and would come back.
