AFIMI Beach House is an exquisite beachfront villa located in The Lagoons, an upscale gated community in Freeport, Montego Bay. This stunning villa, featuring its own private white sand beach and infinity pool, is just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The community is set on a slender peninsula with the ocean on both sides, offering 24-hour security, two tennis courts with a professional, a large main pool, and a gym.

The villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, each with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are situated upstairs, while the fourth is on the ground floor. Upstairs rooms feature teak hardwood floors, split air-conditioning, and 50" HD LCD televisions. The villa’s decor combines elegant new furnishings with authentic Jamaican antiques and original artwork. The bathrooms, finished in natural stone, marble, or granite, include walk-in showers. The master suite is a luxurious retreat with a marble-tiled bathroom, an eight-foot-wide shower enclosure with a skylight, and a spa-like soaking tub, all complemented by a wall-mounted flat screen TV. This suite opens onto a large upstairs patio, perfect for enjoying a breathtaking sunrise or afternoon tea with views of the Marine Park's lagoon and city lights.

Dining options abound at the villa, whether on the balcony, in the gardens, or during a romantic Beach Grill night where your favorite meal is prepared on the beach under candlelight and tiki torches.

AFIMI is a standalone villa equipped with an air-conditioned TV/family room featuring BOSE and SONOS surround sound and a 65" Smart TV, and a fully equipped restaurant-grade kitchen. The rental includes a full staff, including a personal butler, a full-time chef, housekeepers, and a gardener to cater to your needs. Enjoy relaxation in your private beach cabana, by the pool, or at the outdoor tiki bar.

Additional amenities for your exclusive use include a Hobie Cat sailboat, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, a computer with printer, a tablet for WiFi control, internet radio, home automation, a Sonos whole-house stereo, and an automatic standby generator. Holiday Getaway
We returned from a week stay at the Beach House. Our family of 4 and another family of 4 each had our own rooms. The accommodations were exactly as stated and the staff was incredible. The 1st nights dinner was served on the beach and made for an incredible start to the trip. Make sure to bring water shoes if you want to enjoy the Ocean. We can't wait to return.

Phenomenal Family Vacation!
This property was absolutely amazing and exactly as pictured in the listing! The property was extremely serene and relaxing. We loved the pool, direct access to the private beach, sonos system throughout the house, and amazing staff service! Everyone was welcoming and hospitable to all of our needs. We highly recommend bringing a large amount of cash while staying on the island.

Wonderful stay sadly cut short by hurricane
We stayed 3 of 7 nights and it was fantastic. The staff and food exceeded our expectations and the hose is the perfect beach villa. The owner was very nice and accommodating and helped us to get out of harm’s way. We knew we would be taken care of no matter if we got a fight or not. He even allowed us to rebook with him in the future so we are looking forward to going back to Jamaica soon. Look no further than this for a true luxury vacation house that has it all. Thanks to all the staff!

Amazing family trip
Our family of 7 including an 8 month old had the best vacation and Thanksgiving at Afimi. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and as beautiful as pictured. We enjoyed the sailboat, kayaks and paddle boards and having our morning coffee out on the dock watching the sunrise. The area is safe and quiet and we took long walks and runs. The staff, Chef Arlene, Colroy, Fiona, Howard and Robert are professional and kind. We have allergy restrictions and chef Arlene created three safe and delicious meals a day. We cannot stop talking about the sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving dinner. Other favorites were grilled lobster, jerk chicken and shrimp curry. Colroy had coffee and fruit ready for us early every morning. He created beautiful dinner table settings on the beach, on the upper porch or on the deck. He was always available to get us anything we needed. Fiona had our beds and towels fresh everyday. She did our laundry and took special care of the baby’s laundry. Robert helped with the boats, kept the beach area clean and brought us fresh coconuts to drink. Howard was a safe and reliable driver and took us to the beach and golf and taught us about the history of the island and the people. This was my third trip to Jamaica over decades. It is a beautiful island with kind people. I always felt safe and hope to return to Jamaica and the Afimi.

Wonderful Villa!
We just spent a wonderful week at Villa Afimi. The house is spectacular: roomy, comfortable, beautifully appointed with stunning views. The amazing staff, Colroy, Arlene, Fiona and Robert, took great care of us, and were there to make sure we had a first class experience, including special meals on the balcony and on the beach. Amazing Stay
A wonderful way to celebrate our the last leg of our 50th trip around the sun! Our group of five women very much enjoyed our stay at AFIMI. The house was EXACTLY as pictured and described -- so much space and everything was in great condition. We loved doing whatever we wanted - be it kayaking, SUP, reading, relaxing by pool etc without having to worry about anything. The meals were delightful and the staff were kind, but unobtrusive. The house itself is a small gated community, we never felt at all unsafe.

We rented the Villa for our family vacation. This is a beautiful property with impecable service. The location is family oriented and perfect if you have small children. Recent family holiday at Afimi which we found an extremely comfortable villa with easy access from the airport. The staff were helpful and prepared traditional Jamaican meals. The beach and pool on the doorstep made for a relaxing family holiday. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay!
We had an amazing stay at this property. The house is gorgeous, well-appointed and with many common spaces for gathering, as well as areas for private time. We had a multi-generational group and there was something for everyone. The staff was incredible - we were totally spoiled. Every meal was delicious, and every detail attended to (down to the place settings, which varied for every meal). Can't say enough positive things about this property and the people who make it particularly special. We cannot wait to go back!

If you're looking for a five star experience in Jamaica, this is it. The property was outstanding.....from the beach to the pool to the beautiful views, there was nothing we would change.
