"Loved my stay there, the owner tends the property and she is a very nice lady. The location isn't for everyone, and the general decor may seem outdated. However the room was great, and it felt modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was a small feast and very delicious. I would love to go back and stay a couple of weeks to enjoy the scenery, the pool and the quietness of the property, with a good book. "

The room is very quiet even though there is a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants and activity nearby. "Il posto ha una posizione ottima per camminare nel centro ma è in ztl quindi non raggiungibile in auto (non un problema se avete poco bagaglio ma scomodo se si ha bagaglio pesante o ingombrante). Parcheggi a pagamento economici nelle vicinanze. Purtroppo se le condizioni delle zone comuni era buone (frigorifero non pulitissimo ma il resto ok) altrettanto non posso dire della stanza. Pareti sporche, water non pulitissimo e poco stabile. La cosa più fastidiosa purtroppo è stato l’odore di scarico...

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....
