The main door leads to the large entrance in precious resin which leads to two apartments: an apartment reserved for guests and an apartment where I live.

The entrance leads to the first very bright double bedroom with two large panoramic windows overlooking the roofs of Montecatini and Montecatini Alto.
Next to it we find the large and beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, the second double bedroom with a wall frescoed by a Tuscan artist and equipped with a work table. Large window with a glimpse of the roofs and a view of Montecatini Alto.
A resin corridor leads us to the second bathroom with shower and laundry room, to the third double bedroom with armchair and Pop-Art cabinets made by a Tuscan artist. Next to it is the storage area and in front the very complete kitchen area with large table and living room always equipped with large windows overlooking the roofs and a glimpse of the mountains of Montecatini Alto. Complete and well-equipped bathrooms, super kitchen complete with appliances, beds with very comfortable mattresses and memory foam pillows. All new ! All bedrooms and kitchen-living room are equipped with smart TVs. Fast WiFi connection throughout the apartment.

The apartment is entirely reserved for guests. Access is via a comfortable and large condominium stairwell. The building is historic from the early 1900s and therefore has no lift.
From the main door of the apartment you enter the large entrance hall which leads to two doors: one to the apartment reserved for guests and one to the apartment where I live.
The apartment, despite being in the center, is easily accessible by car or train. The station is very close and is a 5 minute walk away.
The parking spaces under the apartment are subject to charges from 8.00 to 20.00
