"Nice staff, good pool, opportunity for kayaking and pedalo boats. Nice local area. The loud night time shows could be a problem (9 to 12pm), in this case get one of the huts further up the hill. The phone app is a good idea, but would be fantastic if it was also in other languages (not just Italian). "

"Check in horrible, Sent us to room with 30 degrees celcius. We complained. They moved us to room with air conditioning. Room 3 star type. But thermal baths very excellent. Breakfast average. "

"We were initially super excited to come to this hotel after seeing pics and it’s high ratings but when we arrived we noticed immediately that we were a burden. The staff was not as friendly as the other hotels and even though we were the only ones there (slow tourist season) every time I asked for something I was made to feel like I was bothering them despite the fact that I speak and am Italian. "Siamo stati qui 3 giorni, ed è come se avessimo avuto un'altra famiglia. I proprietari gentilissimi, la signora ci ha coccolati con tantissime torte e colazioni fantastiche. Gentile e molto disponibile, ci ha nuovamente coccolati, per il viaggio di ritorno, con due brioches fresche. Camera dolce e graziosa e bagno pulitissimo. "

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). "What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"
