Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and maintains a great home. We had no issues at all, appreciated its location in proximity to beaches, supermarkets, and food options. The pool was wonderful and the area was quiet. I would most definitely book this property again, it was a highlight of our trip."

"Lovely property with cool sub terranean rooms as well as lovely outdoor eating and playing areas. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away with several great restaurants nearby. We loved it"

"Overall the villa was beautiful and a perfect, stunning setting. The issue is with the added extras - bed linen, towels, pool towels, high chairs,tourist tax, electric. I've never had these extras when renting before. I didn't feel comfortable paying for the rental fees and then these extras direct to the management company. I would have preferred to have all payments go through VRBO. This is a high end villa but was let down with minimal kitchen cloths, toilet paper, dish washer tablets etc....

"We’ve been at the Villa for 3 weeks. The view is stunning however doesn’t compensate the misses of what could be a perfect place if properly taken care of. The Villa requires lots of improvements to properly fit with the price paid for it. Lack of care in many things unfortunately impacted negatively most of our first week. "Siamo stati in questa bella casa ad agosto 2019. La posizione è perfetta, fuori dal caos su una bella collina vista mare e a 5 minuti da spiagge bellissime. Casa spaziosa, pulita e completa di tutto. Siamo stati veramente bene, inoltre i proprietari sono persone gentilissime e disponibilissime che ci hanno assistito in tutto e per tutto."

Market in the neighborhood, 2 min by car. / 5 walking The communication might be better if the property manager would speak English. The restaurant that was recommended - Il Colle - was appreciated! The mattresses are poor, they have to be replaced asap! 7 out of 10 as general impression."

"First of all, Bruno’s home is so much lovelier than the pictures on the website depict. We initially booked thinking 10 or 11 people would be traveling with us to Sardinia, but unfortunately they were not able to come. The house could have easily fit them and a few others. "Mi aspettavo una casa migliore secondo le immagini esposte sul sito, invece non é molto confortevole. Innanzitutto non viene descritto che il piano inferiore é un interrato con odore di umido e di chiuso. Camera da letto al opiano terra senza zanzariera, per cui per areare la camera entravano le zanzare.
